Formula D Jersey is the last event of the season for me on the East Coast and I have to admit that I am really looking forward to staying on the NOT-HUMID coast for the rest of the year. However, Formula D Jersey went out with a bang as I definitely had a great time meeting new people and surviving a random thunderstorm/mini-hurricane. Congrats to Hankook and Conrad Grunewald for first place, Justin Pawlak and Dai Yoshihara 2nd and 3rd respectably. Since both of those drivers on my fantasy drift league, I’m not biased or anything but I’m glad they did well. Here are some snaps from the event. Enjoy!

First time Formula D held an event in Florida and it was absolutely nuts. From the fact that they had to change the track layout around to how surreal the clouds were. Congrats to Justin Pawlak for being the first person to win the event. Coming second was Vaughn Gitten Jr and third went to Darren McNamara. Yes, it was an all Falken ASD sweep.
Yes, I got pulled over while being pulled over. That stuff does actually happen and in this case, I was pulled over by this nutty lifted Ford truck. Now check out the rest of the pictures from Palm Beach.

One of the best things about Formula D, is that it gives the privateer and the small players a chance at competing against the big boys. Meet Ryan Kado who is a rookie in the Formula D series. Ryan is just a mere 19 years old and at Round 3 in Palm Beach he qualified and actually made the Top 16 by beating Ken Gushi. Pretty impressive in the short time that he has been around. Ryan is also a very fun person to be around and since we were in Florida. Why not hit up South Beach to do a little photoshoot. Check out some of the shots that make Ryan who he is.
