We all have lost someone dear in our life and for a few of my friends and family this weekend was no exception. As they received the bad news of losing someone close to them, I can’t help but to appreciate all the moments we get in life. With understanding that, I get to appreciate the lives that enter this world as photographer capturing their first moments. Seeing baby Zaya’s first moments through my camera creates an amazing feeling that allows you to just slow down and appreciate the little things in life.
Here are some pictures from Zaida’s 6 month pictures with her parents Steve and Natalie. We hiked around Griffith Park and we found this corner of the mountain where we can sit Zaida up and potentially avoiding any place where she can fall and hurt herself. She did really good to hold herself up and the one time she did fall we were able to capture it.
It’s been an amazing two weeks. I don’t have any words that can describe how wonderful it is to have another person to share my life with. I hope one day Aurora can appreciate these pictures that she has.
